Just when all seemed hopeless, I got a tweet from Sean. Sean said he was willing to take a look at all my stuff to see if he could figure out the problem. After about an hour with Sean, he was able to discover the problem– and fix it. It had to do with file permissions that I screwed up, but that is another story, entirely. You may easly add plug-ins and widgets that are based on WordPress. Adding other widgets that are based on HTML. JavaScript or Flash are also possible as long at they can be integrated into HTML of another website.

Sounds pretty good. I know enough to get me into trouble, but not enough to possibly ask all the right questions. I am wondering about the ability to add widgets that I would get my own code for from PyraBang. Some are banner ads specific to my portfolio of information links, etc and another one is a scrolling bar of the same. You can see the latter on my buddy’s website lexrex.com Can I add these things using wordpress?
